Mark Nicholls: Non-Executive Chairman
- A widely-respected senior figure in the City, with considerable experience in the financial and business world.
- Mark enjoyed a successful career at SG Warburg Group plc (a FTSE 100 company), spanning two decades, where he reached the position of Head of Investment banking and was a Main Board Director. From 1996 to 2003, Mark also held the position of Deputy Chairman, Equity Finance (private equity, venture capital and property) and Head of Private Equity at the Royal Bank of Scotland.
- Mark is currently the Chairman of the West Bromwich Building Society and was previously a Non-Executive Director with Portman Building Society and Nationwide.
- In addition, he holds non-executive directorships with the Evolution Group plc and Northern Investors Company plc and until recently was the Chairman of EcoSecurities Group plc and Deputy Chairman of Venture Production plc.
- Mark is also involved with several public bodies, notably the National Lottery Fair Share Fund and the Environmental Agency. He also served as Chairman of St Mary’s Hospital Charitable Trust.

Sean Mullaney: Partner
- Sean was previously an entrepreneur in the media and technology sector
- Sean has founded a mobile based industrial control systems business, a mobile marketing and software development firm and an internet content management company
- Sean was previously a Managing Director in charge of European TMT at a private equity advisory firm
Beat Hermann: Partner
- Previously CFO of NMT (a VC fund founded with Roche, which later merged with HBM Bioventures)
- Head Group Controller & Investor Relations at Stratec - oversaw all corporate finance activities, public equity offerings, M&A including the $11bn merger with Synthes

- Co-Founder, Board member and ex-Chair of the European High Yield Association

Tom Tauzin: Director, Business Development, USA
- Tom is responsible for developing our client base in the US.
- He started his career as a broker/dealer for Instinet, an online brokerage house.
- Tom also founded a consultancy, Tauzin & Breaux, that specialised in providing strategic access to investors, businesses and political leaders.
